A. Service Manager
Responsibilities:
● Overall planning for services in Korea.
● Making service budgets and control costs.
● Leading service engineers: A few now, but several within a few years.
● Implementing and leading 4 regional service providers.
● Implementing and managing 2 service centers with part warehouses.
● Communicating and cooperating closely with teams in headquarters as the engineering & quality leader of Korea.
● Training and engineering leader for service technicians of service providers and of distributors.
● Customer satisfaction and handling complaints.
● Leader of Korean certificates.
● Collaborating with marketing & sales team.
● Enforcing a Service safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization.
● Ensuring service teams & service providers are properly allocated, skillful, comply with company directions, and motivate them and improve their service capability and attitudes.
Requirements:
● Electric Engineer(電氣技士) or higher certifications.
● Over 10 years of work experience with Min. 5 years of experience in Service of PV Inverters.
● Knowledge of PV inverters and monitoring systems.
● Collaboration skills with other units in the company.
● Team leadership.
● Positive and proactive rather than negative, complaining and hiding from issues.
● Fluent in oral and written English or Chinese (Fluent Korean and Korea work permit, if foreigner)
